Liability waiver

WAIVER, RELEASE, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

This release is given to Seven Victory Fitness Collective ("SVFC"), together with its owners, coaches (including the head fitness coach and the golf coach), contractors, and the developer of this application (together, the "Released Parties").

I want to take part in a remote, self-guided golf fitness program. I understand that exercise, including strength, mobility, and speed work, can cause injury, including injury to muscles, joints, the back, the heart, or worse. I accept those risks for myself.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. I have had a chance to read this waiver. I sign it voluntarily. I understand it is a release of claims to the extent the law allows, and that a court may still refuse to enforce a waiver for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I release the Released Parties from claims arising out of ordinary negligence connected with the program, the videos, the instructions, and my use of the site, to the fullest extent the law allows.

I understand the program is not medical care. I will stop if I feel unwell and I will get my own medical advice.

Electronic signature. I agree to use electronic records and an electronic signature for this waiver under the U.S. ESIGN Act and any similar state law. Typing my full legal name and selecting Sign is my signature. SVFC will store the waiver text I was shown, a hash of that text, the time on the server, my IP address, and my browser, and will email me a copy of the text I signed.

This version is identified as 2026-10-27. If SVFC publishes a later version, I will be asked to sign that version before I continue.
