Seven Victory Fitness Collective ("SVFC") sells 7 Weeks to Victory. We collect the email you pay with, your name as you type it on the waiver, your time zone, reminder preference, health-screen answers, waiver signature, and a log of sign-ins, day views, and day-completion marks (time, IP address, and browser) so we can operate the program and respond to payment disputes.

Health-screen answers are visible to you. Staff can see whether an answer was flagged and when you acknowledged it. They cannot read the answers themselves.

We do not sell personal information. We do not put health answers into analytics. Marketing pages may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool only when it is configured; the signed-in app does not.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Email, including your sign-in code, is sent through SendGrid. The database is Supabase. The app is hosted on Cloudflare.

Waiver signatures and order records are kept for the period our counsel sets (a working assumption is 6–7 years) even if you ask us to close the account. Other personal information can be deleted on request, subject to that retention. Account self-deletion is not available in this version; email support.
