Refund policy

All sales are final. Seven Victory Fitness Collective does not offer refunds on 7 Weeks to Victory programs. You confirm this at checkout before you pay. The same statement is on the program page, in these Terms, on your Stripe receipt, and in the access email.

A no-refund term does not override a consumer right that the law says cannot be waived. We do not decide that here; counsel does.

If a charge is refunded from the Stripe Dashboard anyway, access from that purchase is revoked. If a cardholder disputes a charge, access is paused until the dispute ends. If we lose the dispute, access from that purchase stays revoked.
