These Terms are between you and Seven Victory Fitness Collective ("SVFC", "we"). 7 Weeks to Victory is the program sold under these Terms.

All sales are final and non-refundable. This is stated next to the price, at checkout, in your receipt, and in the access email. Where a law gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right still applies.

A purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime access to that program: the week-by-week workouts, the videos we embed for each exercise, the ability to mark a day done, and optional email reminders. Access does not expire when the 7 weeks end. You may restart a program; earlier cycles stay in your history.

Each program is a separate purchase. Buying one program does not include another.

We may change, add, or remove parts of how a program is delivered. Buying a program gives you access to that program. It is not a promise of any specific future feature.

The program is fitness and golf education, not medical advice, physical therapy, or a promise of results. You must be 18 or older. You must complete the health screen and sign the current waiver before program content opens.

You may not share your login, copy the programming for resale, or present the videos as your own.

SVFC is the seller and merchant of record. Payments are processed by Stripe. SVFC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program, to the extent a court allows that limit.
